  • What are your business hours?

    Our business hours are mainly based on appointments. However, we do respond to quaries and updates for your website.

  • Do you help get Domain name?

    Truly, it is more beneficial and we highly recommend clients to get their domain names so that they are more in control of things.

  • How do you charge for your projects?

    We could have done an hourly rate route and a lump sum high payment structure but we want to serve you better.

    Therefore, we split our charges for website creation into 2.

    Payment 1: One-off Setup Payment; and

    Payment 2: Subscription Payment

  • Can I get a full refund?

    No. We wish we can help with that, but we are a service, cloud-based company, we don't sell products. So we pride to deliver results over the time spent on your project.

  • What is One-off Setup Payment?

    This payment is always affordable. It is a one-off payment to cover the time it will take to build the bespoke website for you, based on your requirements.

  • What is a Subscription Payment?

    This payment is either Monthly or Yearly to continue to use our cloud-based web design platform powered by AWS and Duda.

  • What happened if I missed a subscriptions?

    Our business module don't have a contract to tie you down so therefore, when you stopped/paused your subscription for any reason, your site goes offline, pending till when you resume payment again. That simple.

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    One of our payment partners is PayPal. To renew, we normally send a link for you monthly or yearly subscriptions.

  • Do I have access to the website?

    Absolutely. As the site goes live, you will be able to access the backend of the site for some non-technical content updates, especially for writing your blogs and updating other things.



  • Your websites are sick, what tech do you use?

    We are creative and very experienced in what we do but we won't be able to deliver the best web solution services you have ever seen without our partners like Duda and AWS amongst others.


    Our websites are built on HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and all those good stuff. WE DON'T DO THEMES AND PLUGINS.
